House & Flat ClearancesWhole properties, flats and mixed household contents.VIEW DETAILS +
Whether you need a complete property cleared or just certain rooms, we can handle furniture, appliances and mixed household contents as part of an agreed clearance. We assess the property, access and volume involved before quoting, then manage the job from start to finish.
Where appropriate, we look at what may be suitable for reuse, reclamation, donation or recycling before disposal is treated as the default.
Probate & BereavementDiscreet support when a clearance is part of a much bigger life event.VIEW DETAILS +
Clearing a property after a bereavement can involve far more than simply removing its contents. We work respectfully with families, executors and those responsible for the property, taking time to understand what needs to stay, what needs to move on and what should be cleared.
We can help identify practical routes for suitable belongings rather than treating everything as waste, while keeping the process straightforward and sensitive to your circumstances.
Downsizing & Care MovesPractical help when less space means careful decisions.VIEW DETAILS +
Moving to a smaller home or into care often means deciding what can come with you and what cannot. We help make that process more manageable by clearing the items that are no longer needed once you have decided what is being kept.
Suitable furniture and belongings can be considered for reuse, reclamation or other sensible routes, helping a lifetime of possessions move on with more thought and less pressure.
Landlord & Void PropertyGet a property cleared and ready for its next stage.VIEW DETAILS +
When tenants leave furniture, belongings or mixed contents behind, the priority is usually getting the property cleared efficiently so you can move on to cleaning, repairs, sale or the next tenancy.
We agree the scope with you, clear the required contents and consider appropriate reuse, recycling or disposal routes. If a clean is needed afterwards, we can also point you towards our sister business KJ Sparkles.
Commercial & OfficeFurniture, equipment and mixed business contents.VIEW DETAILS +
For offices, small commercial premises and business spaces, we can clear furniture, equipment and general contents to an agreed scope and deadline. We plan around access and the practical needs of the property so the clearance causes as little disruption as possible.
Where suitable, items can be considered for reuse or reclamation, with remaining materials routed responsibly as part of the agreed job.
Garages, Lofts & OutbuildingsStructured clear-outs for spaces that have accumulated years of contents.VIEW DETAILS +
Garages, lofts, sheds and outbuildings can build up a mixture of tools, furniture, boxes and forgotten belongings over many years. We can clear the whole space or work to an agreed list of what needs removing.
Mixed contents are assessed sensibly, with suitable items considered for reuse or reclamation and genuine waste handled through appropriate responsible routes.

Need a property cleared?
Give us the basics. No hard sell. We'll work out what the job needs and get back to you as soon as we can.
T2T clearances are a paid service. Prices vary depending on the size and type of clearance, the volume and nature of the contents, access, labour, transport and any disposal requirements. We assess each job individually and provide a quote based on what is actually involved.
We regularly cover Waterlooville, Havant, Portsmouth, Fareham, Petersfield, Chichester and surrounding Hampshire and West Sussex areas, and we are happy to consider clearances further afield depending on the job. Not sure if we cover you? Ask us.
T2T is registered with the Environment Agency as a waste carrier, broker and dealer (CBDL639241). Disposal requirements are assessed as part of each clearance and handled through appropriate responsible routes.
QUICK ANSWERS
Before you ask.
How much does a clearance cost?
There is no one-size-fits-all price. T2T clearances are a paid service and the cost depends on the individual job — including the amount and type of contents, access, labour, transport and any responsible disposal required. Once we understand the clearance, we can provide a quote for the work involved.
What happens to the items you clear?
Where practical and agreed as part of the clearance, items may be considered for reuse, donation, recycling, specialist routes or reclaimed resale. Not everything has a commercial value, but that doesn't necessarily mean it has no further use.
Do you take rubbish as part of a clearance?
Yes. Where items genuinely have no practical route for reuse, donation, recycling or another agreed route, responsible disposal can form part of the clearance. T2T is not positioned as a general rubbish-removal service.
Can you help with probate or bereavement clearances?
Yes. These situations call for discretion and respect. Tell us what stage you're at and what help you need.
Can the value of items reduce the clearance cost?
Sometimes suitable items may have resale or reuse potential, but this depends on the individual contents and should not be assumed in advance. We assess each clearance on its own merits and explain any relevant options clearly when quoting.
How quickly can you carry out a clearance?
Timing depends on the size of the job, access, availability and how urgent the situation is. If you have a deadline for a sale, tenancy, probate matter or handover, tell us when you enquire and we will let you know what is realistic.
