THE T2T EXCHANGE
What is the T2T Exchange?
The T2T Exchange is our completely free community space for giving useful things another chance. Give away something you no longer need, find something useful, post something you’re looking for, or share an interesting find or story with the community.
We know there are already other communities offering similar ways to give and reuse items — we’re not trying to reinvent the wheel. The T2T Exchange is simply our way of doing our little bit, bringing reuse, discovery and community together alongside what we already do at This To That Clearance.
The more places people have to find a new home for something instead of throwing it away, the better. ♻️

CHARLIE · CAPTAIN’S ASSISTANT 🤓
Private command assistant
Charlie can summarise the Cabin without changing posts, members or reports. Sensitive assistant access remains Captain-controlled before live AI access is enabled.
No assistant query yet.
Charlie is deliberately read-only. He can summarise live Cabin information but cannot delete posts, suspend members, send email or expose registered email addresses without your specific case authorisation.
CLEARANCE ENQUIRIES
New job leads
Clearance quote requests submitted through the T2T website appear here. New enquiries also light the Cabin lamp red until they are acknowledged.
No clearance enquiries waiting.

T2T WANTED LIST
What people are hunting for
Requests from Reclaimed and Storage Hunts appear here automatically. A master tracking sheet is also available to the T2T Gmail account.
No Wanted List requests yet.
Operational email: thistothatclearance@gmail.com. Website submissions are stored securely with the T2T enquiry records; the Google Sheet is the working tracker.
PIPER · COMMERCIAL ACTIONS
What needs the owner today
Checking the secure commercial action bridge…
Only actions that genuinely need Matt should appear here: eBay mirror changes, material pricing issues, dead-stock decisions and stock/listing questions.
The public website never stores Shopify, eBay or ChatGPT credentials. This panel only reads a same-origin secure status feed when one is connected; until then it stays visibly offline rather than inventing alerts.
EXCHANGE DEMAND PULSE

Loading current Exchange demand…
This is directional Exchange demand, not proof of paid resale value. Piper should combine it with actual Reclaimed/eBay/Shopify sales evidence before acquisition decisions.
EXCHANGE INBOX
All Exchange email in one place
Messages sent to exchange@thistothatclearance.com are securely routed into the T2T Gmail account. Captain's Cabin opens a filtered view of those messages without copying sensitive email content into the public website database.
Use this inbox for account issues, safety reports, moderation appeals, complaints and privacy/data requests. Gmail remains the source record for email evidence.
T2T FILES
Business records & working files
Quick access to the main T2T working records. Google Drive remains the source location.
The Cabin stores links only — not Google passwords or private file contents.

Security evidence
Captain's Cabin private-data endpoints enforce authorised Captain/Moderator role server-side. Sensitive member-email access requires the Captain personally, an unlocked Cabin and explicit case authorisation, and writes an admin audit event. A dedicated security endpoint records Cabin access checks.
Retention evidence
A Captain-only backend retention function is deployed for controlled retention runs. Automatic scheduling is not yet claimed. Current retention policy: analytics older than 395 days and routine notifications older than 180 days may be purged. Reports, moderation and admin-audit evidence are deliberately retained for legal/safety review rather than blindly deleted.
Illegal-content assessment
T2T records the Exchange as a user-to-user risk surface and assesses all 18 Ofcom priority illegal-content kinds plus other illegal content. Controls include prohibited-content rules, obfuscation-resistant text checks, member reporting, moderation/takedown, complaints/appeals and evidence logging. This record must be reviewed after significant service changes and when new risk evidence appears.
Children's-access conclusion
Current conclusion: children can technically access the service. T2T's 18+ declaration is not Highly Effective Age Assurance. Until HEAA plus access controls are implemented, T2T must not claim children cannot normally access Exchange. The service therefore proceeds on the conservative basis that the child-user condition may be met and child-safety duties must be addressed.
CSEA escalation
Detected and previously unreported suspected CSEA content must be preserved appropriately, access restricted, escalated immediately to the Captain/safety lead and reported through the NCA CSEA Industry Reporting Portal where the statutory duty applies. Do not investigate by redistributing illegal imagery. Portal registration remains an external business action.
Green means a real website/backend control is implemented; documented means evidence/procedure exists; orange means T2T still depends on an external or human operational step. No automated system is claimed to guarantee that prohibited or illegal content can never appear.
